Accounting Manager

What you will do:

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, producing accurate financial statements and schedules across multiple entities
• Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, accruals, and proper account classifications
• Ensure balance sheet accuracy through reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies, including intercompany activity and eliminations
• Ensure GAAP compliance and support regulatory reporting requirements
• Support external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and resolving requests
• Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and documentation
• Improve accounting systems, processes, and reporting capabilities in partnership with the Controller
• Strengthen close efficiency, reconciliation quality, and financial accuracy
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership to ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions
• Support the implementation and optimization of accounting and financial systems
• Manage and develop accounting staff, ensuring accountability and performance

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience
• Experience with annual external audits
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct
• CPA preferred but not required
