What you will do:

  • Support multiple production locations across the company’s facilities
  • Analyze data to improve uptime and overall process efficiency
  • Commit to food safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrate experience in the food manufacturing sector
  • Collaborate cross-functionally from product development to production scaling
  • Utilize SolidWorks for designing production components and layouts

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing systems engineering
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in process and equipment optimization, preferably within food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or GMP environments
  • Proven track record of managing capital projects and implementing process improvements
  • Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control and lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience in analyzing operational capacity and executing efficient equipment installations
