What You Will Do:

Make calls on accounts that are delinquent
Interact with customers regarding collections
Utilize phone and email to request payments from customers
Assist in coordinating suitable payment arrangements
Follow up on accounts and document information accordingly

What You Will Need to be Successful:

Experience with Microsoft Suite
Excellent communication abilities
Collections experience (preferred)
