Commercial Project Manager

This role will drive the company's commercial projects within Eastern Iowa. Highly qualified candidates for this role will have five or more years of experience as a Project Manager running commercial projects. What you will do:

• Lead and manage all engineering, procurement, and construction projects
• Build lasting relationships with clients
• Develop a project schedule
• Optimize the utilization of project resources
• Maintain accurate and timely communication with key stakeholders
• Provide suggestions on process improvement opportunities
• Ensure that safety is a top priority in each project

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's in construction management, engineering, or a related degree
• 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• General contracting experience is preferred 
• Must be an effective communicator
• Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, Outlook)
