CAD Drafter

What you will do:

• Create detailed and precise architectural and structural drawings
• Oversee the construction plan review process to ensure accuracy, making necessary adjustments
• Update and maintain drawings and files throughout the project lifecycle

What you will need to be successful:

• Associate degree in architectural or engineering computer-aided drafting, or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency in:
  • 3D modeling software – Revit (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Standard office equipment (computer, fax machine, telephone, calculator, printer, plotter, copier)
• Articulate ideas and information in interactions with team members
• Anticipate needs and take action without being prompted, going beyond standard requirements
