BIM Manager

Work model:

• On-Site

What you will do:

• Schedule manpower and assign detailing duties
• Oversee QA/QC for all BIM documents
• Supervise roles like Content Modeler, Spatial Coordinator, and Fabrication Support
• Manage software licenses and updates
• Research and implement BIM-supporting software
• Lead BIM 360 platform management
• Develop and enforce company-wide BIM standards

What you will need to be successful:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and NavisWorks
• A comprehensive understanding of construction procedures and processes
• Strong PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Passion for construction technology and BIM innovation
