Paralegal

We seek a highly motivated professional for a Paralegal role with our West Des Moines client. This direct hire position will conduct research, investigate facts, and develop legal arguments. The chosen candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Check it out!

Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

What You Will Do:

• Summarize cases and prepare reports and documentation necessary for any case
• Organize, coordinate, and archive documents related to completed and ongoing cases
• Conduct research, investigate facts, and develop legal arguments
• Draft and edit documents such as contracts, depositions, and pleadings
• Perform e-filing
• Act as client contact for follow-up items and forms

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in the legal field or Paralegal Certification
• 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle strict deadlines and juggle multiple tasks with ease
• Ability to excel in quick and accurate analysis of issues
• Self-starter and strong work ethic
• High level of professionalism
• Ability to multitask, meet required deadlines, and have good time management skills
