Client Intake Specialist

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Client Intake Specialist to join a fully remote team. In this role, you’ll manage incoming client documentation and communications with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring healthcare-related documents and work requests are properly routed, indexed, and processed. Work Model:

• Remote
• Must live within Des Moines Metro (up to 2 hours away)
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You Will Do:

• Manage and route work using Salesforce Cases with accuracy and efficiency
• Electronically print, scan, and import emails and faxes from shared department inboxes
• Retrieve, print, and process documentation from healthcare provider portals
• Apply correct naming conventions and route documents to appropriate workflows
• Import, index, and assign documents in Document Locator for processing
• Communicate workflow status and identify items requiring follow up

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling
• Strong typing and general computer skills
• Prior experience with Salesforce Cases preferred
• Experience managing healthcare portals and sensitive documentation preferred
• Must have a quiet, private workspace free from distractions due to sensitive client information
