Are you looking for a new role in a professional, supportive, collaborative environment? A well‑established organization is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer to manage residential real estate transactions from start to finish. This role requires strong technical knowledge of the closing process, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast‑paced environment. 

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00AM – 5:00PM
  • Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Manage real estate escrow transactions, including determining requirements, clearing titles, preparing and reviewing closing documents, and disbursing funds
  • Prepare and complete Closing Disclosures in accordance with lender instructions
  • Review buyer, seller, and lender instructions to determine escrow requirements
  • Order title reports and resolve title defects, liens, and encumbrances
  • Draft transaction documentation by completing required forms and reviewing supporting documents
  • Calculate prorations for taxes, interest, and other applicable fees
  • Perform closings by reviewing documents with parties, communicating procedures, responding to questions, and ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Obtain required signatures and guarantee all documents are properly executed
  • Finalize closings by recording and filing documents and distributing final closing statements
  • Balance escrow accounts and disburse funds accurately and timely

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 2–3+ years of experience with real estate closing within a settlement agency or law firm
  • Hands‑on experience managing disbursements throughout the closing process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities
  • Strong multitasking ability and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • High level of personal accountability and ability to collaborate with a team
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to review and interpret purchase agreements, abstracts, title opinions, and lender/closing instructions
  • Proficiency with the abstracting process
