Building Controls Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems
• Troubleshoot non-functioning components
• Calibrate devices
• Upload, download, and modify control software
• Program and commission PLC/HMI control systems
• Provide technical assistance and support regarding all projects, installations, and repairs
• Communicate findings, upgrades, and troubleshooting to key stakeholders

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or associate's degree in automation, controls, or industrial technology is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in an HVAC automation or industrial setting is ideal
• Experience with programming and commissioning PLC/HMI control systems from scratch 
• Microprocessor-based control system knowledge  
• DDC Controllers, Sensors, and transducers start-up experience
• BAC and Modbus networks
