What You Will Do:

  • Lead end-to-end system implementation projects, ensuring pension data is accurately migrated and aligned with business requirements
  • Translate pension administration and operational needs into clear, detailed requirements for system configuration and development teams
  • Execute manual pension calculations, process election forms, and validate data loads to support successful implementations
  • Design and perform comprehensive testing activities, including test plans, scenarios, and breakpoint validation beyond existing data sets
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to keep implementation initiatives on track
  • Analyze system behavior and data outputs to identify issues, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams to drive smooth, timely system integrations

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in system implementation, pension administration, or project management within similar environments
  • Proven pension administration experience, including manual pension calculations, processing election forms, and loading pension data into systems—excluding call center or actuarial roles
  • Strong implementation background with the ability to craft clear requirements for system programmers, ensuring the delivery aligns with business goals
  • Demonstrated testing expertise: creating comprehensive test plans, identifying breakpoints, and developing test scenarios beyond existing data sets
  • Project management experience with system migration initiatives, overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, inquisitive nature, quick learner, and effective question-asking abilities
  • Familiarity with pension software or related systems
  • Prior experience managing remote projects across diverse teams
  • Knowledge of data analysis and mining to enhance testing scenarios
