What You Will Do:

• 5+ years of sales experience in agricultural equipment, parts, or related industries
• Proven success in managing or leading a sales team
• Strong understanding of farming operations, forage systems, and ag machinery
• Ability to set and achieve measurable sales goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for customer visits and industry events

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Extensive sales leadership and industry-specific experience are highly valued
• Availability for extra time commitments, including some weekends during peak months (August and September)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
