Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team and play a pivotal role in expanding market presence. What You Will Do:

  • Identify and research potential clients aligned with  target markets
  • Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Execute outbound outreach strategies including cold calls, emails, networking, and social selling
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network
  • Initiate meaningful conversations to understand client needs and pain points
  • Conduct discovery calls to evaluate fit and opportunities
  • Present our solutions convincingly and consultatively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and develop proposals
  • Manage sales opportunities from initial contact to closing
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new clients and foster ongoing relationships
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, track pipeline activity, and report on key performance metrics
  • Provide valuable market insights and competitive intelligence to leadership

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
  • Experience with social selling and industry networking
  • Knowledge of specific markets or niches related to our industry
  • Previous experience attending industry events and conferences
