What You Will Do:

• Manage recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes across all locations
• Deliver consistent onboarding that sets clear expectations and supports early success
• Support managers with coaching, performance feedback, and employee development
• Oversee performance reviews, employee relations, and resolution of workplace concerns
• Coordinate with the PEO on benefits, payroll, compliance, and HR policy needs
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure policies align with employment regulations

What You Will Need to Be Successful: 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• 3–7 years of HR experience, ideally in service, construction, logistics, or industrial environments
• Proven capability in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Familiarity with HR systems, documentation practices, and HR compliance requirements
• Experience working with a PEO or similar HR outsourcing partner
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a blue‑collar, multi‑location, service‑oriented environment
