They are searching for an Industrial Engineer to join their team! The Industrial Engineer plays a hands-on role in improving manufacturing processes, operations, and work cell performance with a primary focus on safety, delivery, quality, and cost. The role partners closely with operations, engineering, automation, and supply chain teams to drive productivity, throughput, and continuous improvement across the value stream. What You Will Do:

  • Drive a culture of operational excellence, safety, and ethical standards through daily engagement and training
  • Lead hands-on process improvement and productivity initiatives, including tooling, technology, and equipment upgrades
  • Spend significant time on the factory floor identifying issues, validating data, and implementing real-time improvements
  • Design and optimize work cells, methods, and layouts to improve throughput, labor efficiency, and material flow
  • Align manufacturing processes, standards, and metrics to support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
  • Establish and maintain engineering standards, KPIs, and performance scorecards aligned with annual goals
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
  • Hands-on mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive challenges through completion
  • Experience with automated manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering cost-effective solutions
