We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior Sales leadership. This temporary, onsite role is ideal for an experienced professional who excels at managing complex calendars, coordinating frequent multi-city travel, and supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.   • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leaders, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing activities, and prioritizing timelines
  • Arrange and actively manage complex, high-volume travel schedules for Sales leaders who travel 50%–90%, including multi-city and multi-day itineraries
  • Assist Sales leadership with expense reimbursements and navigate the approval process
  • Provide full administrative support, including routine correspondence, meeting minutes, report preparation, invoice review, and maintenance of phone and email distribution lists
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and Executive-level sessions with internal and external VIPs across multiple locations
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, mail processing, ordering office supplies, and maintaining records
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to create presentations, reports, and support special projects
  • Act as a departmental point of contact with frequent interaction with customers, business clients, vendors, and senior professionals across the organization

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders with complex calendar management, travel coordination, and prioritization
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and detailed logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including preparing reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive, problem-solving approach
