Application Manager

We are seeking a senior-level Application Manager to own and optimize core business systems across CRM, database, and web platforms. What You Will Do:

• Manage day-to-day administration of CRM, database, and web-based applications
• Ensure systems are optimized, up-to-date, and functioning reliably
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decisions
• Troubleshoot issues and serve as the main point of contact for users
• Identify and implement process improvements and workflow automation
• Manage integrations and collaborate with vendors, developers, and internal teams
• Lead system configuration, enhancements, and user training

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Experience managing business applications (CRM, database platforms, web apps)
• Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and system integrations (APIs)
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS, CMS)
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HubSpot, FileMaker Pro, or similar platforms
• Exposure to eCommerce/web platforms (e.g., Magento)
• Familiarity with AI tools or integrations
