What You Will Do:

• Build, manage, and strengthen a network of vendors to support a wide range of custom product needs
• Source products based on client requirements
• Partner with internal sales teams to recommend product options, provide pricing, and support client-facing solutions
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product feasibility, decoration methods, quality, and timelines are aligned
• Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, and lead times while tracking orders from sourcing through delivery

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly customized environment without losing attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across sales, design, and operations teams
• Familiarity with product sourcing tools or platforms and comfort learning new systems quickly
