What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business needs and design effective Planview solutions
- Design and implement Planview capabilities, including Portfolios, Enterprise Architecture, and Agile Place, to maximize platform utilization, process maturity, and cost optimization
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, solution architectures, and training materials for business and technical audiences
- Establish, maintain, and govern standard operating procedures, standard work instructions, and documentation aligned to industry best practices
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies while supporting knowledge management, transfer, and continuous improvement through documentation and article lifecycle management
- Maintain Planview certifications and industry knowledge while supporting stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication, collaboration, and on‑site engagement as required
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in enterprise solutions architecture, specifically within portfolio management software environments
- Minimum 8 years of experience designing and implementing solutions with Planview software, including Portfolios, Enterprise Architecture, and Agile Place
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Experience and familiarity with other project portfolio management (PPM) tools, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Certification in Planview or related technologies
