Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse supporting delivery and distribution activities. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring accurate inventory control, and coordinating with delivery operations to maintain efficient, safe, and organized workflows.

What You Will Do:

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of 6 direct reports to ensure productivity and accountability
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory control best practices
• Monitor and support operations for two delivery trucks, coordinating schedules and outbound loads
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety procedures
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with management and other departments as needed

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 3 years of experience leading a warehouse team in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of inventory management and cycle counting
• Experience managing warehouse operations in a facility of similar size (approximately 20,000 sq. ft.) preferred
• Ability to effectively manage people, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, hands on environment
