We are seeking a hands-on 3rd Shift Weekend Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support maintenance operations in a fast-paced food processing environment. This is a working supervisor role responsible for supervising a small team of maintenance technicians while actively performing maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment. The position plays a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, food safety compliance, and production readiness for the upcoming workweek.

What You Will Do:
- Serve as a working supervisor, leading and scheduling weekend maintenance technicians while performing hands-on maintenance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
- Ensure equipment readiness by coordinating with Sanitation and supporting compliant production startups
- Maintain compliance with HACCP, food safety, and OSHA requirements across all maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage
- Identify maintenance trends and support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades to improve reliability and efficiency
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- 5-7 years of maintenance supervisory or management experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing
- Strong HACCP knowledge or certification with solid understanding of food equipment and sanitation requirements
- Proven hands-on (working) maintenance supervisor with strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small maintenance team
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently on nights and weekends
- Experience in food processing/packaging or cold storage, CMMS use, maintenance certifications, and bilingual English/Spanish
