We’re seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee technology onboarding and integration for newly acquired offices and corporate expansion efforts. This position collaborates with infrastructure teams, external partners, and business leaders to ensure each new location is seamlessly launched, secure, and consistent with company technology standards. The right candidate will have a proven track record in infrastructure-focused projects, strong coordination and planning abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Work Model:

  • Hybrid (3 days on-site in Dallas, Texas)
  • Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee IT onboarding and integration initiatives for newly acquired office locations, ensuring infrastructure readiness and successful deployment of end-user technology
  • Develop and manage project plans by tracking timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables to keep initiatives on schedule
  • Partner with internal technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment throughout each project
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support networking, telecommunications, and hardware implementation
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of office technology and a smooth transition for new locations

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 5+ years of experience leading projects involving IT infrastructure, enterprise integrations, or office technology implementations.
  • Solid knowledge of networking, telecommunications, end-user computing, and overall infrastructure environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or comparable platforms.
