We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within our client's manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring maximum equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across all maintenance functions. What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
  • Oversee maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure, including refrigeration,n to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend asset life
  • Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and supervisors
  • Plan and manage maintenance budgets, including labor, parts, and capital expenditures
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, root cause analysis, strategic planning, and execution
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Results-driven attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
