Remote Accounting Clerk

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, innovative technology company making a meaningful impact in patient care across the U.S. The organization is in an exciting scaling phase and is looking to expand its finance team with a dedicated Remote Accounting Clerk. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, with a strong emphasis on Accounts Receivable and collections, and will play a key role in maintaining cash flow, improving collection processes, and ensuring accurate financial data. They will also contribute to accounts payable, invoicing, and monthly reconciliations.

Work Model:

What You Will Do:

• Manage accounts receivable responsibilities
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices
• Assist with accounts payable responsibilities
• Provide general accounting support as needed

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 2+ years of accounting experience 
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with relationship-based collections
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
