We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Processing Specialist to support key operational functions in a fast-paced financial services environment. Work Model:

What You Will Do:

  • Process daily operational activities, including asset movements, account transfers, and new account setup and maintenance
  • Complete routine and complex transactions accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines
  • Identify, research, and resolve operational issues proactively
  • Follow established procedures to meet service level agreements and quality standards
  • Learn, utilize, and support a variety of financial products, software applications, and internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform data entry, research, and routine problem resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office, with financial services experience preferred
  • Experience processing high-volume transactions, account maintenance, or operational workflows in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and sound judgment
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated professional with strong written and verbal communication skills who can build relationships, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
