3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor

Palmer Group is partnering with our client in their search for a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor. This individual will lead and supervise people and maintenance activities to achieve production goals that are safe, timely, and high-quality. Responsibilities: 

• Plan operations, schedule, material, and workflow to ensure timely production and high-quality products
• Organize and assign work, ensure efficient cross-training is completed, and assist employees in ensuring quality performance 
• Ensure the consistent use of safety devices and PPE, supervise departmental housekeeping, and maintain constant alert for hazardous conditions and practices
• Drive safety ideas and improvements
• Monitor and lead quality measures and implement continuous improvement efforts
• Provide information and work closely with other internal groups to ensure efficiencies 

Requirements:

• Associates degree
• 5+ years of experience

Work Model: 

• On-Site
• Sunday – Thursday 
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
