3rd Shift Production Supervisor

Calling all Shift Productions Supervisors! We’re looking for one of you to fill this 3rd Shift Production Supervisor role. Our client company is looking for strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills. Responsibilities:

• Lead the employees to safely produce the customer’s products to the appropriate quality standard
• Be consistent with customer expectations, policies, and procedures
• Push production and focus on safety
• Ensure knowledge of the product run, what raw materials are needed, and familiarity with the operation of manufacturing machines associated with Liquid-fill lines and wipes
• Communicate well for a safe and productive work atmosphere
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with information

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in supervision or operations management is preferred
• 2-4 years of experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Good attention to detail
• Able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
• Outstanding project management skills
• Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and experience with Google Suite
