Palmer Group is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to fill a high-impact Production Supervisor role. This is a unique opportunity to lead operations in one of the nation’s top magnesium and aluminum foundries, producing mission-critical castings for helicopters, jets, and military aircraft. Supervisors will oversee either Foundry or Processing teams, driving safety, quality, and throughput in a fast-paced, unionized environment. What you will do:

  • Direct and support shift teams across designated work centers
  • Uphold safety, quality, and production goals consistently
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve processes
  • Track and communicate daily performance metrics
  • Champion continuous improvement across operations
  • Mentor and train team members to drive operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and certifications

What you will need to be successful:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising manufacturing teams
  • Background in foundry or metal casting environments strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with union labor practices and dynamics
  • Exposure to welding and non-destructive testing (NDT) processes is a plus
