What you will do:

• Manage comprehensive mechanical design initiatives across projects of varying scope and complexity
• Lead critical design decision-making with limited input from senior leadership
• Coordinate and assign design responsibilities across multiple teams and disciplines
• Mentor junior engineers, offering technical guidance
• Evaluate and refine technical documentation and communications prepared by junior team members
• Perform comprehensive quality assurance and engage in review sessions for major, complex initiatives
• Address field concerns, including on-site visits and hands-on troubleshooting, with minimal guidance

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Professional Engineer license
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and operate as SME
