Work model:

  • On-Site
  • Sunday – Thursday
  • 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM

What you will do:

  • Maintenance of the assembly line and fabrication equipment
  • Use schematics, prints, and PLC to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment
  • Routinely perform preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipment
  • Properly document work workers for recordkeeping in the CMMS
  • Use 5-Why Analysis to determine root cause analysis for equipment issues and develop countermeasures to eliminate future issues
  • Complete work while abiding by all safety standards
  • Utilize equipment such as forklifts, man-lifts, etc., to perform tasks
  • Train employees on procedures and techniques
  • Housekeeping and workstation organization tasks

What you will need to be successful:

  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
  • Must have good computer skills and numerical abilities
  • Ability to use various hand and machine tools used in maintenance work
  • Experience with the maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with a CMMS
  • Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics and prints, and utilize the PLC to troubleshoot equipment
  • Must be proficient in Lockout Tagout (LOTO)
  • Ability to operate equipment such as forklift, man lift, etc.
  • Must be aware of Hazard Communication and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
  • Experience with 5-Why Analysis
