Architect/Designer

What you will do:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, budget, and vision
• Sketch design options and present plans, costs, and timelines
• Develop detailed architectural plans with integrated systems
• Adjust designs based on feedback and project changes
• Support clients through contractor selection and construction
• Occasionally, visit job sites to ensure everything aligns with the design

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s or master’s in architecture
• Active architectural license or pursuing licensure
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and design skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe tools, Lumion, and Nscapes.
• Knowledge of construction methods and building codes
