Work model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday

What you will do:

  • Support the organization of all data for legal litigation proceedings
  • Format pleadings, briefs, and other legal paperwork
  • Manage all e-filing, discovery, and drafting of briefs, motions, and pleadings
  • Edit documents, subpoenas, deadlines for hearings, and medical case chronologies
  • Render dictations
  • Create draft documentation to ensure all proper steps are taken and deadlines are met
  • Communicate with clients
  • Manage attorney calendars
  • Perform administrative duties as needed

What you will need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of legal assistant experience working in a law firm
  • Previous litigation and transcription experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Developed computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • High level of motivation with practical and technical experience
