Work model:

• On-Site
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Monday – Friday

What you will do:

• Create and/or improve customer products and equipment technologies to deliver innovative solutions for complex issues
• Solve mechanical and system control problems when needed
• Support both senior management and the sales team by offering general information and equipment quotes as needed
• Formulate cost-effective solutions for KTP for use both internally and for customer applications in the manufacturing of their product
• Provide manning for both new and existing production operations
• Review, assess, and offer contractor quotes for both new and existing projects
• Ensure regular communication with customers to confirm KTP meets or exceeds expectations regarding problem resolution for overall customer satisfaction

What you will need to be successful:

• A Master's degree or an advanced technical degree with 3-5+ years of experience
• Extensive knowledge of system controls and electrical engineering
• Solid background in system dynamics and mechanical engineering
• Ability to read, evaluate, and interpret business information, governmental regulations, technical procedures, or journals
