What you will do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 professionals, including Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Operations Coordinators
  • Oversee project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Manage multi-state licensing and compliance, including securing GC licenses
  • Support structural engineering and facility integration projects
  • Collaborate with leadership on business development, risk management, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Engage with clients to strengthen relationships and assist in securing new opportunities
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, civil engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams
  • Strong understanding of construction and structural engineering principles
  • Ability to navigate multi-state licensing requirements
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT preferred
  • Outgoing, relationship-focused leadership style with basic sales skills
