Invoicing Analyst

Our Des Moines-area client maintains a small office feel while experiencing continued exciting growth. We are assisting them with their search for an Invoicing Analyst. Work model:

• On-Site

What you will do:

• Perform customer invoicing
• Oversee monthly balances across departments 
• Maintain company financial records
• Analyze financial documents for accuracy
• Maintain customer information 
• Assist accounting departments with past-due accounts
• Assist leadership with monthly and yearly reporting

What you will need to be successful: 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Skilled with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and internal drive to meet deadlines
