Office Manager

Work model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Friday
• Part-time schedule during training: 15-20 hours/week
• Full-time schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What will you do:

• Manage office and daily operations
• Prepare inventory reports and order supplies and parts as needed
• Oversee standard operating procedures and office operations
• Provide office support for staff members, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and schedule meetings
• Prepare meeting documents and reports, take notes during meetings, and complete to-do items

What you will need to be successful: 

• High school diploma (required); associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 2+ years of office manager or manufacturing leadership experience
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, typing, and data entry
• Ability to use various applications and programs simultaneously
• A collaborative, driven mindset with the ability to work independently
