What you will do:

• Lead the structural design for industrial, commercial, and educational facilities
• Oversee the development of construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and serve as client/contractor liaison
• Mentor junior engineers and designers, providing technical guidance
• Conduct site visits, gather field data, and review shop drawings

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from an accredited institution
• PE licensure in Iowa or immediate eligibility to obtain
• 5–10 years of structural design experience
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to mentor and lead
