Laboratory Technician

What you will do:

• Assist with day-to-day laboratory operations, supporting the technical team in routine scientific tasks
• Manage and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure proper functionality and reliability
• Uphold laboratory safety and accuracy standards, helping maintain a safe, compliant, and detail-oriented research environment

What you will need to be successful:

• Experience with standard laboratory instrumentation, devices, and equipment
• Proficiency with microscopy and imaging systems
• Strong background in cell biology, tissue culture techniques, and sterile laboratory practices
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Knowledge of data management and information handling
• Experience with laboratory troubleshooting and maintenance
• Familiarity with laboratory software and digital systems
• Associate’s degree or higher in life sciences, biology, or related fields
• Prior experience supporting laboratory research environments
• Ability to follow established procedures and training protocols
• Safety-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs
