Our clients are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support employee services and HR transactional processes through a centralized HR Operations Center. This role delivers timely, accurate, and confidential HR support while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across HR services.

What you will do:

  • Serve as a primary contact for employees and Unit HR by responding to HR-related inquiries through the HR Operations Center (Ask HR)
  • Research, resolve, and respond to employee questions in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and HR data
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with HR team members on issue resolution, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Administer and support HR processes, including:
    • Talent acquisition support and interview coordination
    • Internal transfer and job change activities
    • Organizational management updates
    • Employee record maintenance and data accuracy
    • Learning and training administration

What you will need to be successful:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1–3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or shared services
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Employee Profile)
  • Experience supporting HR shared services or employee experience functions
  • Power BI or HR reporting tool experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment
