We are searching for an Analytics Platform Specialist to join our client's team. This role will be responsible for supporting and administering the analytics platform infrastructure as well as collaborating with IT, application, and security teams on installation, integrations, functional testing, and environment changes. They will oversee server configuration, performance, and security, as well as user access, permissions, and roles. What you will do:

  • Assist users in migrating applications to a new SharePoint environment
  • Guide modern SharePoint pages, libraries, and lists
  • Provide user education regarding navigating the new platform following migration
  • Respond to questions and troubleshoot user issues during the transition
  • Support intranet data migration logistics from the user perspective
  • Assist with content organization in the new SharePoint Online environment
  • Assist users in adopting modern SharePoint pages vs. classic pages
  • Guide users on libraries and lists best practices
  • Create ad-hoc automation for business users
  • Remove heavy manual processes through small scripting solutions
  • Assist with repeatable content, workflows, permissions, and routine tasks

What you will need to be successful:

  • Experience with SharePoint Online administration
  • Knowledge of modern SharePoint libraries, lists, and pages
  • Experience with content organization and migration
  • Ability to support and train non-technical users
  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint automation (ad-hoc needs)
  • Experience with PnP PowerShell for bulk operations (metadata, site updates, permissions)
  • Proficiency with Power Automate for workflow automation
  • Comprehension of SharePoint Site Designs and Site Scripts for templating
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Power Platform (preferred)
  • Experience with VBScript or similar for small automation tasks (preferred)
