What You Will Do:

  • Create structured project plans outlining scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource needs
  • Oversee project workstreams to keep tasks progressing on schedule, within budget, and at expected quality
  • Assess potential risks and apply mitigation approaches to maintain project stability
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders and project teams to support alignment and outcomes
  • Share clear updates on project status, risks, and issues with leadership and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate staff, equipment, and materials to optimize resource usage and efficiency
  • Verify that all deliverables meet quality expectations and that processes are followed consistently
  • Evaluate and process scope, timeline, or budget changes with proper documentation and approval
  • Finalize project deliverables and guide an organized, timely project closeout

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 5-10 years of comprehensive Project Management experience, including full project lifecycle oversight
  • Proven background in managing financial systems projects, with hands-on experience in Oracle EBS or SAP
  • Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, utilizing advanced project planning tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and manage resources effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach, thriving under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Experience managing projects across LATAM, EMEA, and North America
  • C-level stakeholder engagement experience
  • PMP certification (a plus but not mandatory)
  • Prior involvement with global multinational corporations
