What You Will Do:

  • Lead full lifecycle execution of New Product Development projects
  • Identify project risks and coordinate mitigation strategies across teams
  • Develop and manage project plans using stage‑gate methods and Agile practices
  • Track and report metrics such as schedule alignment, velocity, and time‑to‑market
  • Run stand‑ups, design reviews, and milestone reviews
  • Communicate project status and risk plans to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with engineering, testing, supply chain, and other technical groups
  • Support near‑term and long‑term capacity planning

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of project management experience or 5+ years of technical project leadership
  • Experience in New Product Development or comparable technical programs
  • Strong ability to manage shifting priorities and resolve technical issues
  • Clear, effective communication across technical and leadership groups
  • PMP and SCRUM/Agile certification (preferred)
