Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You Will Do:

  • Make outbound status calls to carriers/transfer companies and clearly communicate next steps
  • Document call outcomes accurately and efficiently in required systems
  • Navigate multiple systems and follow established procedures and job aids
  • Follow up on outstanding information and request missing items as needed
  • Proactively communicate issues, trends, or improvement opportunities to management
  • Participate in team problem-solving, process improvement, and cross-training
  • Adapt to workflow changes and manage time effectively to maintain steady productivity

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of work experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently, stay focused, and meet daily metrics in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working across multiple systems
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to escalate issues appropriately
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn new tasks and processes
