Our client is searching for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 2nd Shift, 2PM – 10PM
  • 3rd Shift 10PM – 6AM

What You Will Do:

  • Monitors mechanical equipment and machinery during operation, using observation and sound to identify potential malfunctions and determine whether adjustments, repairs, or part replacements are necessary
  • Reviews blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to understand equipment design and functionality
  • Disassembles machinery to access and remove worn or defective components, and inspects parts closely to identify irregularities, damage, or imperfections that could impact performance

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Proficiency in performing mathematical calculations—including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division—across various units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Capability to proactively identify potential issues and implement effective preventive solutions
  • Ability to improve operations by developing and applying new techniques to enhance work processes
