We're in search of a qualified Project Engineer! Take the lead on impactful engineering projects from concept to completion. In this role, you’ll manage timelines, coordinate teams, and ensure the successful execution of facility upgrades and mechanical system improvements.

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 6-12 month project assignment

What You Will Do:

  • Plan, organize, and deliver engineering projects with clear timelines and milestones.
  • Design, develop, and test mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
  • Review project specifications, performance standards, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee contractors, lead meetings, and direct project personnel.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and documentation to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and a clean, productive work environment.
  • Travel up to 15% domestically.

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or Industrial Construction Management with experience).
  • 1–3+ years in industrial or manufacturing environments (preferred).
  • Strong project management, engineering fundamentals, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced settings with strong communication and leadership.
  • CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) preferred.
  • On-site availability, 40 hours/week
