We are working with our industry-leading client to hire a highly motivated, detail-oriented Technical Administrative Specialist. In this contract role, you will provide critical operational support for regulatory study activities and contribute to the preparation, review, and management of scientific and regulatory submissions.

This position offers a unique opportunity to cross-train across multiple functional areas, including review coordination, document management, data preparation, quality control, and administrative support, making it an excellent role for someone eager to grow within regulatory operations.

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00AM – 5:00PM

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate responses to regulatory agency questions according to defined milestones
  • Provide coordination and logistical support for internal dossier reviews
  • Manage and maintain dossier templates to ensure version accuracy and consistency
  • Provide citation and reference support using EndNote software
  • Transcribe and format raw study data to prepare for statistical analysis
  • Perform redaction of technical documents for public access copies
  • Support database management, tracking, and general organizational maintenance

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent experience (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting
  • High level of comfort with technology, including keyboard proficiency and data entry accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
