Manager of Reporting and Audit

Work Model:

• On-Site

What You Will Do: 

• Compile consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules
• Facilitate annual audits by delivering required documentation and insights
• Manage financial reporting processes to uphold accuracy and GAAP adherence
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
• Assist with tax planning and compliance across federal, state, and local filings (including 1099s and sales/use tax)
• Direct internal and external audit efforts to maintain regulatory compliance
• Enhance reporting workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and automation

What You Will Need to Be Successful: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• CPA preferred; public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm) strongly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Detail‑focused, analytical, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
