Entry Level Bank Teller

Our banking client is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer‑focused Entry‑Level Bank Teller to join their Waukee branch team. This role is perfect for someone beginning their career in banking or customer service who enjoys helping people, learning new skills, and working in a professional environment. No prior banking experience is required.

What You Will Do:

• Greet customers and provide excellent service in person, by phone, and through digital channels
• Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers
• Assist customers with account questions and basic product information
• Promote and educate customers on bank services, digital tools, and financial solutions
• Balance cash drawers accurately and follow all security and compliance procedures
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to other banking team members
• Support daily branch operations and contribute to a positive team environment

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

• Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Comfort working with computers and learning new systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous customer service or cash‑handling experience is helpful but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
