Work Model:

• On-Site
• 8:00AM – 4:30PM
• Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

• Process disbursements and loans
• Review forms to ensure they are in good order
• Enter and update client information in the system
• Maintain accuracy within the system

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Previous office or processing experience
• Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) is essential
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems
• Ability to adapt to changing processes
• Excellent customer service skills, including making phone calls and communicating professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face to resolve customer concerns
• Keen attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities
• Proven track record of dependability and reliability
