Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You Will Do:

  • Count materials after shop floor order completion
  • Verify component consumption (issues and returns)
  • Verify finished good production
  • Develop and manage cycle count program
  • Reconcile physical inventory to Syspro; determine the root cause of inventory discrepancies
  • Perform various material movement transactions in Syspro, as required
  • Recommend and/or implement process changes to increase inventory accuracy and timeliness

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Associate degree in materials planning/supply chain, business, or a related area of discipline is preferred
  • Prior experience in inventory control or related area; Associate degree in materials planning/supply chain, business, or related area of discipline is preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner
  • Understanding of MRP concepts and ERP system functionality.
  • Strong understanding of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, along with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), experience with Google Suite, and Outlook
